To make cold pressed juices we use an hydraulic press. This technic allow us to press fruits and vegetables very slowly without heating them, and keeping all nutrients that our body needs. The fresh juices can be kept on the fridge about 4 days.
We use 100% organic ingrédients, without preservatives and GMO. Easting healthy iis good, but eating without pesticides is better.
We use a sustainable system with compostable and glasses bottles, recipes that respect season, reuse of the organic waste as natural fertilizer.
We sell through local and shorts distribution circuits (small natural channels, internet, companies delivery…)
In order to offer the freshest products, we produce mainly on demand.
We mainly source our raw ingredients from local producers (Auvergne)

Why cold pressed juices?
Everyday we face stress, pollution or pesticides…this toxics unbalance our organism and do not allow our cells to work properly. As a result, we suffer from everyday headache (tiredness, lower immunity…). In order to fight this toxic, our cells needs to be nourish. Fruits and veg contains micro-nutrients that can support the well-being and development of our cells. But with our busy urban life it is sometimes difficult to eat the recommended fruits and vegetables daily portion.
For breakfast, as a morning break or after working out, KiluCru juices keep your energy up. We offer unique and delicious recipes. KiluCru juices are a quick and simple solution for better food: eat local, healthy and without guilt.

Today I need some help to finalise my projects and launch my products. In fact I need to buy a professional hydraulic press and a fridge. I also need some funds for my organic certification and 1st raw materials.
In order to collect funds, I am launching a crowdfunding campaign with a platform called Miimosa. This platform is specialized in farming and food projects.
I am looking to collect about 7,000€ in order to finalise and launch my project.

Why this project is so important to me?
After leaving in Canada, and especially in Vancouver, I realized I want to leave in a more sustainable way. I believe we can change our approach by eating with responsabilties: organic, local, limit animal proteins.
I want to be part of this changing world, I also want to offer better food option to my local people.
As a new mom and an entrepreneur I am convinced we have to go to a sustainable consumption with fresh, organic and products that respect our planet.
